Multiplayer Info Sheet

Since there will be multiplayer (oh sweet, sweet nirvana) I would ask for some form of player sheet that would allow each of us to view the other's, well, tendency to quite games in-process. Score cards and other such stuff could be thrown in to pretty up the thing, yet mainly I just want to know if the person/s I'm potentially joining in a session rage-quit or perform other doucherrific behavior.
