Um, I'm pretty sure the devs have already said they will be tweaking this. While a confirmed report of a Rebellion over 30% is important, that save file should be sent to the devs, not you.   Technically a recording could very easily be faked with a mod.

Whats with the misleading post as if your somehow a dev.....?
