OK I have Fences 2.11 and start6 installed. Am running Windows 8.1 64bit, no other desktop altering software. I just re-installed fences 2.11 and cannot move my icons into the Fences i just created. All i want to do is  rearrange my desktop icons, Please advise!!!

Stick with Win 8 until MS gets the kinks out and most major software vendors have a chance to deal with it.  Better yet, invest a few bucks in Windows 7
