[1.5][BUG] Morrigan's Call Growth not updating

When you gain a death shard, the growth increase from Morrigan's call does not update.

 

EG.  you have 1 death shard.  YOu cast Morri Call on a city.  It gains +1 Growth.

You then get a 2nd Death shard.  The city with the existing enchantment does not change it's growth rate.

You remove the enchantment, then recast Morri Call on the city.  It gains +2 Growth.

Don't have the DLC to test this...but did you try waiting a turn?  Many (most?) enchantments wait until the turn counter rolls over before they update their effects.

Yeah  hit turn a few times to double check.
