Activation Limit reached
Reset account - need to reset my account for excessive activations

I have a Start8 software and I buy it to add functionality of windows 8.1 desktop (last november 07 - 2013).
But in my last windows 8.1 install,I cannot activate it,say that it has reach maximum activation.
What can I do to fix that problem? Any suggestion? Because to many times installed Start8? I only install it on 1 notebook.
Please help me.
