Problem with top left hot corner when taskbar docked left

Seems to be a problem with top left hot corner when taskbar is docked left in the desktop. Moving the mouse to the top left does nothing. It should bring up the recent programs side bar.

Untick the settings in Start8 to disable hot corners.

That was it, but it was the 'bottom left' hot corner that was disabled. When left docked, the "top left" and "bottom left" corners appear to become the same thing.
