Explorer Background Issue

Changed Background Image does not work at times

Hey everyone I am having an issue with my changed explorer background using the ONI theme. When I change the windows explorer background and click on a folder etc. it is fine the changed background shows. However, for instance when I am browsing the internet and want to save a file to a particular folder i.e. Save as and then select the folder, the background for the folder is just black and not the changed windows explorer image. Please see below the two images which depict the issue.

I would be very grateful for your help and thanking you all for your help in advance.

Does it do it with just this theme, or any change at all?Try that theme with a different explorer back?

Maybe a bad image was my thought.

Hi doorech1 and thank for your reply. I changed the image to a different image and the problem persists. By the way this issue does not only happen with the ONI skin. I have tried others and the same issue persists.
