Windows 8.1 Photo Viewer Buttons Flicker When Hovering Over Them

The Windows Photo Viewer buttons in Windows 8.1 seem to flicker/glass stops working for a second when hovering over them. This happens only when using a theme in Windowblinds 8.01. I think the buttons have a problem with transparency or something.

When I exclude the title bar from being themed it goes away, but how can I fix this and have it themed?

In this photo you can see the center button was being hovered over by my cursor. The glass background disappears in a square shape.

Kind of bummed out as I just bought WB today and it has problems already...

End of quote

Windows 8.1 hasn't been released yet. You can't expect everything to work flawlessly for a "preview" OS.

It will be fine by the release date, I'm sure.

Good to show this though, give the devs a heads up!

BTW, I can confirm jrolson's findings. Same here on 8.1.

Actually, I see it on Windows 8 as well.
