Sins Rebellion: Payment Has Gone Through but no Download

Hello,

I ordered Sins Rebellion off the online store, but even though my debit card says the payment has gone though, I'm getting nothing to show I can download it. Nothing in the cart or checkout, no key or order number, not even anything in the completed orders section. I'm wary of sending billing info over a forum, so I don't know how to help describe the problem further.

Any help please?
