I haven't been able to drag shortcuts from ANYWHERE onto my docks for a while now. It's a fairly new installation of Windows after an OS corruption, so I see no reason why right off the bat, it's doing this. I've also had the problem for months that the labels that are supposed to display above icons when you hover over them stop showing after it's been running for a certain amount of time.

I have tried everything. I've uninstalled & re-installed 3 times now, I've tried all the troubleshooting options, resetting the settings, removing all docks, making new docks, dragging icons from different places, checking every setting possible out, and STILL, it persists! I did not pay for this buggy crap. I paid for what I thought was a well-working, alpha program that does what it's supposed to. I could have just stuck with Rocketdock, especially since they don't feel it's necessary to limit downloads of "free skins" unless you pay....as is done here (and is totally not ok ), but I thought tabbed docks would be cool. I like them, and have liked them for a while, but once again I'm having major issues with another expensive Stardock product that has too many problems to be charging people to use.  

Is there anyone who can help me here?     

What can I do to fix this? It's not a minor problem, the ability to drag shortcuts onto the dock is very necessary, as anyone who uses it, knows. I do NOT feel like wasting all of my time finding each individual program by browsing, when it takes long enough setting up icons as it is, and especially considering the amount of shortcuts I need to put there, which is a LOT. I already lost my saved dock with 7 tabs & many icons already there, & it's bad enough having to start over again.... 

Help is very appreciated, if anyone can offer it.
