Fences 2.11 crashes Windows desktop on Windows 8 Pro 32 bit edition

Fences 2.11 crashes Windows Desktop on Windows 8 Pro 32 bit edition. Version 2.10 ran fine, but 2.11 keeps banking the desktop & regenerating it.  reinstalled 2.10 all OK.  New version of ModernMix for Windows 8.1 runs OK, just Fences 2.11 has a problem.

Please download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe
This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to support@stardock.com
