Frogboy is a real boy!

There has been speculation over the years as to whether Frogboy was in fact a real person.  Okay, maybe not. But, stay with me. ;)

 

I was on the road working today and decided to stop  for some lunch at a McDonald's I saw.  Low and behold, below the McDonald's sign there was a pretty small Stardock sign.  I didn't know Stardock was based in Michigan.  I know I could have read it on the site.

 

Anyway, I thought why not go in.  The worst they could do was throw me out. 

I entered and was greeted by Samantha.  When I asked if Frogboy was around, The 80-year-old guy standing at the counter said, "That's me."  (Okay, just kidding about the 80-year-old part. ;) )

 

Samantha show me around and even give me a t-shirt.  I guess I'm kind of a groupy and didn't even know it.  It was great to actually put a face to some of the people I have seen on here over the years.

Yes....I wasn't sure whether it was 'odd' [the sign posting] or some grand plan 'thou shalt never go hungry at SD'....;)

Oh, and if Frognoy is '80' then I'm older than dirt.....

Well...I've only visited the once....

2012 was going to be the next time....then a certain fur-ball got ill and cost us a packet.

2013 made me an orphan so I had other things to do... and then I got Sabrina [the 9-3 Aero] so pennies are currently 'tight'.

2014 is looking good, though ...and if Bernie gets his way and has a GP in NY then we'll definitely be heading that way.  He's always wanted one there...an F1 GP with the NY skyline as a backdrop... and if there is one we'll work it...;)
