Very small icons

I changed system fonts to 125%. Subsequently a number of icons on the tabbed dock are extremely small. Examples are the icons for SyncToy, Drivescan, Tabbed launchpad and others. Any solution?

Great! Curiously the same icons appear normal in other docks.

I found it annoying at the time. The only workaround I found was to create a set of oversized icons with a program called Falcon Icon Studio. I was able to extract the program icon and change its definition (which was often inferior) to 256x256. I could see them again in the upper docks ! As soon as I changed the system back to 100%, the need for that tinkering disappeared.
