Version 8 display issues

Problems with Version 8 on Windows 8 Pro x64

1.  If you do set the color for a skin,  windows explorer background is black with unreadable text.

2. Most of the included skins have color issues with either Internet Explorer 10 or the Control panel.  For example, Precision produces whit on white Internet explorer menu text and some produce white on white control panel text.

 

I tried the beta and it does the same thing.

This is happening on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 as well. even if you don't set the color or change but if the skin does the explorer background is all black, almost all the skins that are non aero based do this.

It started recently so maybe a video driver issue. If I can't figure anything out I will try go back to an older version and let you know.

I tried several Nvidia versions back and none of them affected this. Sometime in the last few days I can no longer use Windowblinds 8 without it turning the explorer background black leaving everything unreadable :(

It looks like some of the file that control the skins colours are missing from the more recent WB builds,

I'm working on adding the files back and they may be updated in the next coming builds, please check the

updates and if the problem still persist, please PM me.

I have the same problems. Using Windows7x64 OS. The Windowblind is version 8.0.0 .  I will also watch for updates!
