First do Stardock have support, waiting two days for answer to tickets?

Help needed. tried Fences 30days, liked it, 2 days to go purchase, downloaded with serial, reinstalled tried to register given error code, reistalled again tried to register again same error. Now reached maximum registration, Fences returned to 30day trial, and locked out.

Not very good, and no help from support, can anyone here help.

Ticket Number: FVE-795-85763 Registration numbers reset by support no solution to the problem? Tried again to register and exactly the same problem new ticket submitted.

 

Now the registration screen at startup stays up until I click 30day trial then X

 

Fences will not Register   -  Windows 7 and Kaspersky?
