Why Blur Frame is not working in Windows 8?

Just like the tittle, why Blur effect not workin? its pure transparent like pure glass...

I guess it's too weird... not like windows 7 or vista, even windows XP too that doesnt have aero but can blur the frame.. but not in windows 8 X(

no blur, just real transparent... using windowblinds in windows XP still better than windows 8 .. duh <_<

Microsoft took out the blur abilities in Windows 8.  We're working on implementing our own but it's going to take some time.

I seem to recall having limited blur in WinXP with WB5/6, is it nontrivial to port that over?

It's actually about something that was in XP and 7 that is not in 8.

It's an MS fault...;)
