HELP! Installed with steam...nothing happens !!

i bought this game on steam but nothing happens when launching. tried loading from exe file...again nothing happens. i dont understand!!!!!!

1. verify integrity of game cache

2. launch from Steam Library - either it start or you get error - text of error message could identify cause of your problems.
