That is because the shadows you added are now part of the image width throwing off the sides.

You could adjust with spacing On each side by trial and error, but IMO it will never look right.

Try this instead.

In the per pixel frame section,;

There was a section marked vista and 7 shadows, not sure in the new sks where at, but , under per pixel frames top shadow, extra settings tab, enable shadows.

I don't do Windowblinds but it looks to me like the shadow borders are inside the frame borders. Try extending the shadow borders so that the values are greater than those of the frames. I don't know if this will help or not. Just guessing.

As I stated, but more plainly;

The shadows you added to the top are now considered the edge of your image.So, you need that same exact shadow image on each frame of the side images, which will be very difficult to get even due to the transparency involved in shadows, which you may not see the defined edge, but wb does.

So, either use the frame settings as suggested first or place all four images, Top, SIDES, BOTTOM on one palette and add shadows all at once to one image, and recut it. This is why I suggested the first option.

The best way to get a perfect result is to draw the entire frame first then slice it up into it's different pieces.

Like this:

That way the drop shadows/outer glow will always match
