activation problem

Hello,i have reached maximum limit for activation of décor 8 software,i do need that to be reset and to activate the product.Please help.

I do have emailed them,but they still do not respond to me. :(

I hope it won't take a too long,because i need the application to work.

Please help,is it a problem that the decor8 can not be reset for activation or  is it something else a problem. :(

Start8 has been fastly reseted and i have activated it.Really,i do not know why is it not same issue and with this application? :(

Can some of the admin help me with this?Thanks :(
