Anyone help me please

I don't know if I can post this here or not I hope I can. I was wondering if anyone can make me a Michigan State Spartan dream. What I want pretty much is on my phone as a live wallpaper but can't get it off my phone. It looks like this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/A1KlHbYnvlL._SL500_.png 

and it has the head going around in a loop with the lighting flashing behind it. I tried to get it off my phone and I couldn't. If someone can help or can make that dream I will appreciate it or at least Michigan State dream with he Spartan S (something like this http://www.4blackberry.net/data/programs/images/55010_5025.png) going around in a loop with probably a black background. If anyone can create a dram like this for me please PM me or reply. Thank you so much.

I would think that you would need to get permission, because of Trademark restrictions, from the university or college.  I could be wrong.

Sports teams are very protective over their IP, it would have to be something done for personal use and not at all public.
