Internet Explorer title bar fades

When using WindowBlinds on Windows 8, IE's title bar fades and it's difficult to select it. It looks transparent and trying to grab it when it's not maximized is difficult. I tried exluding it through the WindowBlinds interface, but it still happens. Any ideas on how to prevent this?

I have the same issue on my main PC but not my laptop. I don't know whats causing it.

Under no circumstances should you exclude Internet explorer from WB as it will not work correctly.

Could you post a screenshot of the problem please.
