Poor Service

I purchased a copy of Fences 2.1 which I have been unable to setup and use.

I require simple instructions on an active page so that I can simlpy get it working.

Stardock's communication and service has been unacceptable.

I need Stardock to simply get me going or give me my money back.

tony160 ... could you please detail the issues you are having with the application. Literally millions of users find no issues with the product installation and setup, so your problem/s may be specific to your computer/system.

Please open a ticket with support@stardock.com for specific assistance...;)

Tony160: I will try to respond to your support case again with clearer language.  If you could reply again to your case with more detail on what is not working and at which point things are failing for you we might be able to help further.

Also, I have confirmed internally that https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/421  is working.  If you can check again I would appreciate it.
