windowblinds8 theme is not applying

Being rude will get you nowhere. Could you be a little more specific please. Are you clicking the apply button and it goes to WinCustomize, or is it going to Stardock's web site? Have you emailed support@stardock.com with this issue?

Perhaps you had a corrupt Windowblinds installation, have you tried uninstalling it, running a registry cleaner and then rebooting and then reinstall Windowblinds?
