Increase the Wildland??

I wanted to get the max wildland, not through game setting, but by xml.

i remember there was a post or reply about tweaking xml to increase the wildland but now, i just can't find it. 

 

Also if there is way to decrease the water amount on random map to get more land, please tell me which xml i need to change
