1.16....right charm still enabled?

I have "disabled" the four corners using Start8 menu.  When I "swipe" the keypad the Win 8 Charm from the right side of screen still appears, along with the clock/time window to the left side of screen.  Can this be disabled using Start8?  Moving the curser to any of the four corners results in NO action, which confirms they have been disabled.  But, the "swipe" charm appearing is a pain.

While Start8 disables hot corners and charms when invoked by the mouse, it does not affect gestures via touch or a touchpad.

You will likely be able to change that setting via the control for the touchpad.

I have seen this as well.  I have had to turn off touchpad gestures.  The unfortunately part is that I was bring up the charms accidently.  It would be nice to see charms disabled completely when in desktop mode.
