1.16....right charm still enabled?

I have "disabled" the four corners using Start8 menu.  When I "swipe" the keypad the Win 8 Charm from the right side of screen still appears, along with the clock/time window to the left side of screen.  Can this be disabled using Start8?  Moving the curser to any of the four corners results in NO action, which confirms they have been disabled.  But, the "swipe" charm appearing is a pain.

If you are swiping on your touchpad then you need to disable that in your touchpad software.  This is usually an option.

Thanks....AFTER I made the post, I did a search here and found the answer.  Went to Mouse settings and disabled swipe feature.  All is now well.  Now all I need is to find out how to have Windows 8 show a welcome screen and allow selection of users.  Right now, it goes directly to the Star scree and auto loads my personal settings.  Nice for me, a pain for the spouse.
