sions and level up perks EDIT: Why can't my lv 4 sion mage cast lightning bolt ?

does anyone know why the sion can enter the path of magic but can't seem to use the spells, im curious why I can pick the lightning bolt ability but not actually use it.

I've never used Sions, but that's doesn't surprise me.  They wouldn't be able to cast spells because they don't count as a Champion, ie. they don't have a tag <IsChampion>1</IsChampion>.   Henchmen do have this tag.

So kinda makes the path of the mage a bit useless for them, same as choosing magic schools I guess.
