Does MM work on regular (non-Metro) program windows?

I keep two non-metro programs open on my screen most of the day (e.g. Word and Outlook), and I want to be able to open them in the same size and place every time, without having to resize them and drag them around.

 

In XP, I used an amazing little free program called AutoSizer, which worked perfectly. Does ModernMix do the same thing, or does it only work with the Metro apps?

ModernMix just allows you to use Windows 8 modern apps in desktop windows.
