Scenario bugs

After having fun with some sandbox games, I am currenty playing the LH campaign. While it is fun, it also feels a bit...unstable. I have encountered two real bug and several 'weird' features:

Bugs:

- In the capital of "Yithril invasion'' I had to fight two Craul Gravehands, with different stats. This is probably because I defeated Craul earlier?

- Eviscerate: Magar, my first hero, has 'eviscerate': attack that always hits for critical damage. Unfortunately, it often misses :(

Weird stuff:

- When I found the Wild Boar, I thought I needed to Tame it with a studded collar. Instead I had to kill it, but I did lose a studded collar. Not sure if this is WAI

- Yithril units can go berserk and still move AND keep their defense bonus if they don't attack. Also they never lost any health. I'm not sure if the Berserk ability has changed, but at the very least they should move first and go berserk afterwards.

- Wishing well, Scrying pool: I am sure these quests are added for flavor, but I don't understand why the game rules need to be broken for such minor events. Relias should always get Fame for completing quests, as he is an adventurer. If these are not quests, please change the icon on the map and the event windows.

Edit: The Craul bug should be fixed in 1.1 I loaded a game a started before the update. Does that mean I will be playing any unfinished games in 1.0, and new games in 1.1?

- Craul is the sovereign for that second yithril faction. the bug is that he's also one of the level 1 champions for empires, so if craul the sov picked craul the champ as his first champion, youÄll see two of them. should have been fixed a while back, though (i think)

- collars are used up even if the tame fails or the target it immune/invalid. i think you also lose them when you select the ability and cancel it. not sure if that bug is supposed to be fixed (or if it's even considered a bug)

- berserk was changed in LH. it no longer deals damage to the berserking unit. instead, it increases their attack and initiative (i think). moving has nothing at all to do with defense stance. the only thing that matters is if you attack or pass. when you pass your tunr, you go into def stance, even if you moved before passing.

- don't think the rules are broken by the scrying pool quest. there are several quests in the sandbox game that don't reawrd XP or fame either. i think there was a big change to quest fame/XP somewhere in the beta; low quests now often give little or nothing, but on the other hand, strong/ dangerous quests give a lot more fame (and i think also XP)

[SPOILER) the scrying pool is probably meant as a flavor thing. at the end of the campaign, you can once again select one of three options to fulfill that vision of the future you had earlier. don't know what happens when you break your own wish and select something else, though.

[END OF SPOILER]

when you save a game, you also save most of the XML game data of that patch version, so savegames always keep the game version they were started in. when you hover over a savegame in the loading screen, the tooltip indicates the game version. for example, i still have several savegames from the beta, some of them still contain very early game versions such as 0.50 or 0.52, and when i load them, my units still have stats such as weight/encumbrance and i can still build units with greatswords, upgrade maces to longswords, upgrade juggernaut groups sizes etc. etc. - all stuff that was changed during the beta and is no longer possible when starting a new game.

Thanks for the reply, Azunai.

About Yithril: - I figured the ability was changed. But are they supposed to keep their defense bonus? Also: after you use any ability, the unit's turn is over. You cannot move afterwards. This is probably just a wrong animation.

About the collar: -  I did not use it or selected it in any way. It's not really a big deal.

About the Scrying Pool: - it's a pet peeve, but quests not giving fame to an Adventurer hero IS the problem. Imho, devs should go out of their way to try to avoid breaking rules.
