Small issues with OD 2.1

I ran into two little issues using OD 2.10.0.811 on Window 7 x64 lately:

When JPEGView (freeware, link) is started, it is not displayed in OD (as a running application). It only shows up, if something else happens on the dock: a new application is started or any window is minimized (while the display of minimized windows is enabled) so that the dock gets refreshed
Minimized windows of applications which were started with elevated rights (admin) are not shown, they are only shown as a running application.

alt+tab is the only way I can get things done with this issue.
