Occupation penalty / Hiergamenon

Hello,

I'm wondering how long does the "occupation penalty" of 50% extra unrest last in a city that you've just captured ?

And is there a way to make it dissapear faster ?

Also, wouldn't it be possible to have a search feature in the Hiergamenon cause it's not easy to find what you search ?

Yes I defintale agree on the Hiergammenon. It is failry useless at the moment. And I have said this multiple times: The information within it is fairly useless too. There is no real benefit to read it at all.
