Confusion between the products

Ok I have the Trinity game, but I've always been kind of confused between the products.  When I play Diplomacy does it still have the stuff from Entrenched?  Is Rebellion a stand alone product?  Does Rebellion have any of the features from Trinity?

Trinity is the fancy way of saying you have the original game plus the the 2 expansions, Entrenchment and Diplomacy...

When I play Diplomacy does it still have the stuff from Entrenched?
