Won't close with close button

Skype closes then reopens when the close button is click on. The only way to close it is right click/close.

A little extra information. If I go fullscreen, and use the ModernMix close button from there, it closes fine. So it's a windowed mode bug only.

Do you have the setting enabled to keep closed applications in the Windows 8 left hand app switcher list enabled or disabled?

Disabled. Closed is closed. Minimize I would expect to act as leaving them in the app switcher.
