[0.90] Kraxis, Expert Difficulty, Broken Loyalies

Exactly how much extra boost in finance does Expert difficulty give? Has Broken Loyalties always been 0 mana? So around turn 9 of a new game, I meet good ole Kraxis. Turn 10 he converts my only city to his.... wha? Broken Loyalties only cost 1000 gold to cast. Was I just unlucky or is this normal? I know Kraxis starts with 550 gold, just not sure how much difficulty level adds to finances.

The higher the difficulty, more bonuses to AI players, probably including starting money, mana, troops, possible resources. Just conquer it back and he wasted 1k gildar :)

don't know about expert, but on hard when i first meet an AI, they tend to have anywhere from 400 to 800 gildar currently available, so i'd guess that they get a healthy amount of extra starting cash (probably more the higher you set the difficulty)
