sound does not work

my cursor fx plus sound does not work it only works in the window of control panel of cursor fx plus but when i close the window it goes off.

i dont know why

help?

Are you clicking "apply" at the bottom right, AFTER choosing a sound for each state needing one?

I did, and it works for me.

no it does not work for me when control panel opens it starts working but when window closed then dont

and if i click apply button it becomes unresponsive and closed
