[.85 - Bug?] Juggernauts & the Upgrade Screen

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but if you create Juggernauts and go into the upgrade screen, you can increase the numbers of Juggernauts in the group. Aren't they supposed to be a solo unit?

Bring on your Juggernaut I'll have my army of Iron Golems to counter them.

Yes it does the same thing with the Iron Golems too.

I don't  think is recruitable, but you can subdue him with the collar for the twisted...and after that you can upgrade him! (He become almost instoppable)

This bug was already present in .80

Does the AI know how to do this? Yithril would be a beast if so.
