Bugs [V0.85]

1) MAJOR BUG! My mana reserve will suddenly crash to negative amounts, clearing all my enchantments from cities. I have no enchantments with upkeep costs, only meditation and sovereign's call, but I got the announcement of being out of mana four times throughout a new game. Was playing a custom kingdom with the scrying pool and magic book powers, and my champion was a summoner with the weak curse, life and air magic schools, the summoner special sovereign ability, and the +2 initiative bracers.
