Startscreen wallpaper dosnt fit as it should.

When you put a wallpaper on your startscreen it is off center, I have the same wallpaper on my desktop and the wallpaper jumps 2-3 pixels when you swap between start/desktop.

The options to stretch/fit/fill the wallpaper dosnt really work either, some of the options add a 1 pixel border on the left+top sides and some others add bigger borders.

I don't mind the options with the big borders for wrong sized wallpapers but this is a 1920x1080 wallpaper and its adding borders on 2 of the 4 sides.

Annoying when its not pixel perfect
