Maximum Activation Limitation

Hello. I have a purchased serial for Start 8 and last lime i've tried to activate the software after formatting the PC, i got a "Maximum Activations Reached" message, so i couldn't activate it. I don't remember the number of my activations, but i format my PC rarely, and also have to reinstall system when i buy a new hardware etc.

Is there a permanent solution to this problem? Waiting for a reply.
