Champs Repeat?

I got 800 fame and I had the choice of 2 champions I already had.  They were worse in skills and level then my choice at the previous bench mark for fame.

Do the champions cycle after the level 9?

This might have been fixed for the next beta release.  From the beta .85 changelog:

  Fixed bug where you could get repeat recruited champions after loading a game

Or maybe not, I don't know.  I do remember that someone else also reported this.
