[Bug][.80] Falling Star... weirdness

In my current game, Resoln just decided to wardec me, and I see it has a stack of 13 armies on one square. I hit it with a Falling Star (wiping out 10 of them!), and am greeted with a series of messages telling me my Sovereign (by name, with her avatar image) teleported out safely and it cost x mana to do so, and she went to a specific city (all 3 notifications said the same place). Two small problems with that: 1) My Sovereign wasn't in range of that spell; she was, in fact, already immobilized in a city - the same one she supposedly teleported out to 3 times. 2) The game actually deducted the mana cost for the ENEMY champions and sovereign to port out from MY mana pool (I started the turn with over 400 mana, am now at 32 mana, spell only costs 150 - do the math).

Oh yeah, last point? My Sov had less than 5 turns to go to be mobile again. She's back at 5 now.

Started playing the same game today. Just got the message that my Sovereign is no longer immobilized - the one tied to her first immob period. She still has 2 turns left from the Falling Star breakage.

Once she's back up, I'll see about killing some more enemies with that spell and see if it breaks again.

ETA: And now the three "no longer immobilized" reports, 2 turns later, all for the same person...

Did any of those last three armies contain a mirror elemental, or anything else with a damage reflection ability? Another post mentioned that it seemed like the Mirror Elemental's damage reflection ability worked on both the tactical and the strategic level, though I cannot say for certain either way.

To be perfectly honest I don't know, I didn't check through them first. However, it being Resoln, that's not a terribly unlikely option...

I'll be on the lookout for Mirror Elementals in the future.

End of joeball123's quote

And we have people complaining that mirror elementals are weak, or useless. Ha! Clearly, they exist to dissuade your enemy from nuking your square with a spell, for fear of killing their own sovereign. Mirror elementals need nerf!
