[.51 BUG] Altar asked for peace, I accepted, but still got attacked... there's something wrong with beginning turn sequence

When I hit the "Autoresolve" button, I got a new window saying that Altar had declared war on me.  So it was very strange.  War, Peace, and War to start the turn before I had even taken my first move.
