[Suggestion] Druid Hero

Hello

I've been loving the game and as some have suggested there are too many warrior type heroes.  I would love to see a Druid type hero.  I think this goes well with the elemental lore and the restoration of the land.

Basically the Druid could be/have as abilities is: -

- Protector and Rejuvinator of the land with spells to restore and transform things - which are already in place in the game

- Elemental damage spells and elemental summons - which are already in place in the game

- Nature based spells like vines to hold enemies in place, or cloud/swarm of bees, wasps.  Anyone remember that D&D spell Summon Swarm/Creeping Doom?

- Charm monsters in battle as well as other animal based spells

- Perhaps even (my favourite) SHAPECHANGE!  Which depending on level would transform the druid into a different things, bear, spider and even elementals!

I like the druid option...

- Charm monsters in battle

Isn't this already beastlord profession

Nature based spells like vines to hold enemies in place
End of quote

Adding spells is rather straight forward and I don't see why this couldn't be implimented by the developers (adds more spells at least to the earth / life combo)

- Perhaps even (my favourite) SHAPECHANGE! which depending on level would transform the druid into a different things, bear, spider and onward

This is the only one that I don't think I could mod in the game, and I wouldn't mind seeing this spell type. It would work great with the earth / life combo or water / life / earth combo or something along these lines.

If you split the mage profession this should be on of the options or at least part of the summoner profession.

I agree the mage doesn't handle all the spellcasting options on it's own very well. They could make it so the mage class handles fire, ice and death spells, then make an earth, air and life "druid" class. Even split the summoner into it's own class. You'd have 3 physical classes, 3 magic classes, and commanders, maybe even throw in a bard. I'd pay money for all that.
