[0.51 Bugs] River-Plains, Blood Curse, Diplomacy, Tactical Movement

These are a couple of bugs I've run into during my recent game.

There is a graphical glitch where rivers show up, but they are treated as plains for movement. I've only noticed it for wildlands, and I don't remember how the rivers were acting before the wildland was conquered.River-Plains

Blood curse is not working correctly. If you cast it on a city, it correctly reduces the population by half, but it does not add that to the sovereign's hp. He is still not able to normally regain health each season. I cast it on Deorcnysse a few times before trying other towns, but there was no change. I had previously cast paragon on another unit.

After first loading a saved game, the Foreign Relations tab is missing the "Relations With Us" screen. It shows up during the next turn.

Missing "Relations With Us" information

On some tactical maps, if you move units towards the rear of the map (usually where the archers spawn), you can no longer move the unit to specific squares. You can still right-click to attack an enemy and your unit will auto-move to get in range and attack. In this screenshot, I am not able to move my two air elementals, but they can still attack.

Air elementals can not be manually moved, but will auto-move to attack.

Miscellaneous:

Casting Paragon will not always level a hero. If the target has the -25% experience injury, he only receives 75% of the exp to next level.

I can still use the tactical air elemental summon if I've already used the strategic one.

If I try to use that tactical summon, and the gust ends up knocking an enemy unit into the targeted tile, the air elemental will not be summoned.

Your last screenshot of the tactical map is of one of the new tactical maps that others have also reported bugs on.  It seems that some of the tiles are bugged such that units cannot move off of them.  I hope your saved game helps the developers fix this.

About the first bug with rivers. I had exactly the opposite happen to me. On the map, tiles looked like plains (no rivers at all) but they were reported as rivers, were blocking movement like rivers (all movement spent as soon as you entered them) and you could even build ports on them if you made city next to them. It like there was a river placed on the map there, but the game failed to render it. When watching the stream from MadDjinn the other day, he had exactly the same thing happen.

Also, I have noticed that sometimes plains on map read as forest tiles and take 2 movement instead of one and one of the 'clear the area' quests was also bugged. I think it was the one where you have to clear the marsh in order to settle there. AI actually cleared that area (Altar) but when the area was cleared, most of the tiles were looking like forest. However, they were all listed like plains and were taking only 1 move to go through them.

I think there is a bug with random map generator that causes what is rendered and what is actual on map to be 'out of sync'. Doesn't happen too often but it's often enough and needs to be squished. Also, that quest bug may be entirely another matter.

I have seen the rivers that are plains on wildlands also. I even built a city next to one of the rivers on a recently conquered wildland and realized afterwards that it was considered by the game to NOT be a river and so I lost out on the river specific buildings! Grrr...
