Image flickering in inactive windows darkening mode with InDesign cs6

I've found a bug with mentioned mode enabled when running Adobe InDesign CS6 on my machine.

When it appears on background (unfocused windows) it gets darkened as intended, but it constantly experiences chaotic flickering light/dark untill I switch it active (or closed dialog window, popup message etc).

I've got Windows 8 pro x64 and radeon hd6850 videocard with latest catalyst driver pack installed (13.3)

I have the same effect/problem with Photoshop CC 2014. I'm using Windows 7 Pro
