[UI] [Suggestion] Showing current Build / Train when hover over city in Left UI panel

I'll just show a mockup. I don't have any idea how much work this would require, and it's probably too late in the development process. But this has seemed to me to be useful even prior to the expansion.

There is a lot of unused space there.
