Start8 - maximum activations reach WHY? i bought i only reinstall windows (use same laptop) please help me

hi,

i today only reinstall twice my windows but after finished installation windows when i install as first my application application Start8 when i write email and password write me Maximum activations reach.

please help me with this. i bought start8 via my email m1chael@seznam.cz

Stardock has always had activation limits for our products and it appears you have reached one.
Our policy (https://www.stardock.com/support/software_eula.aspx) allows for clients to activate the software a reasonable number of times over a specific time span to take into account testing, reformatting and new installations.

 

I have reset your activation limit.

thank you very much for your help now it is already activated.

Please only if I may ask if I happen to be in the future +-oneyear If I need to reinstall the operating system again how proced I must do that this not to happen again? First uninstall and then load the new OS? (Now I not uninstall start8 before reinstalling OS) or this is always displayed when you reinstall os, whether I'll do whatever, and then I'll have to write to support.
Oh sory - now i got email from stardock with instruction about restore so you not reply on my small question.
