Will Start8 work on Windows Server 2012?

I have just installed Windows Server 2012 Essentials edition onto a Virtual Machine (VMWare) and found that it has no start menu!! Disbelief!!

But good for Stardock surely!

Will Start8 run on Windows server 2012?
