Windows 8 with Start button (classic)

I know there is a few software to bring back as classic, but not as I wanna, so therefor I ask.

Is there anyway with Startdock.com can view Windows 8 as like following above images.

with old start button.,

So, if yes tell me where, if no, let me know to pay it for this.

I think the original poster was referring to a classic (XP) style Start menu, not just the Start button.
