My Problems still exists.

I can not activated Start 8.

Can you help me.

I recieve a mail with a ticket number, und 24 hours later a mail that the ticket closed.

I dont know what i can do with the number.

I click on the link, and on the site i can not Login.

Please write an E-Mail and not a mail with a link that dont help me.
